Orders that you submit online will be processed immediately and may not be canceled; you will need to wait until the merchandise is received to return it.
Once an item or merchandise is delivered to you, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Please contact email@example.com to start your return process. For your purchase to be eligible for a return, we require an RMA#, receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have original tags and must also be in its original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
[clearance items, hats/caps, beach/swimwear, activewear or intimate/undergarment items, shape apparel, skincare or cosmetic items, body care or fragrance items, and jewelry ]. Again, the items listed above are NOT eligible for return or refund.
All eligible returns should be sent to the address listed on the return slip or packing slip/invoice.
When initiating a return, please be advised that you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and related costs incurred for your returned merchandise. Shipping costs and related costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping method/service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer Exchanges.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO THREE WEEKS FOR A RETURN TO PROCESS.
It could take up to three weeks for us to receive and then process a return.
When the return is received, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
Once we have received a valid return, meaning your return has been accepted and approved, we will send an email notification that we have received your returned merchandise. And we will issue a credit back to your original form of payment.
If you choose not to follow or comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse any return or impose different or additional requirements.
